Community Guidelines
These standards apply to profiles, releases, videos, reviews, ratings, Network messages, Store listings, comments, reports and other activity on ACCESS.
1. Be real about who you are
Do not impersonate another artist, producer, fan, company or rights holder. Do not fabricate credits, verification, sales, collaborations or ownership. Creator identity and verification features exist to help people know who they are dealing with.
2. Respect rights
Only upload, sell, link or publish material you have the right to use. Respect copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights and collaborator agreements.
3. No harassment or threats
Criticism is allowed. Targeted harassment, stalking, credible threats, intimidation, hate-based abuse, extortion and coordinated pile-ons are not. Do not expose private contact, financial, location or identity information without permission.
4. Sexual safety and exploitation
ACCESS does not allow child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats to share intimate material, or sexual content used to harass or exploit another person. Report these issues immediately through the available reporting tools.
5. No scams, spam or manipulation
Do not run phishing schemes, fake giveaways, payment scams, malware, credential theft, mass unsolicited promotion or deceptive storefronts. Do not manipulate ratings, reviews, favorites, views, discoveries or other engagement signals.
6. Reviews and feedback
Reviews can be positive or negative. Keep them about the music, release or experience. Do not use reviews to threaten, harass, impersonate, disclose private information or pressure someone for money, access or favors.
7. Store integrity
Store listings must accurately describe what buyers receive. Do not sell content you do not control, hide material limitations, misstate collaborators or use ACCESS to evade payment-provider restrictions.
8. Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, ACCESS may remove content, reduce visibility, issue a warning, restrict features, pause an account, remove Store access, suspend an account or ban it. Serious safety, fraud, exploitation or rights issues may result in immediate action.
9. Reports
Use the report control tied to the relevant profile, content, message or transaction. Give enough detail for the issue to be understood. Knowingly false or abusive reporting can itself lead to enforcement.
