How to use these policies
These policies work together. The Terms of Service are the main agreement for ACCESS. The Privacy Policy explains personal information practices. The Store Policy adds rules for digital purchases and sellers. Copyright & Content Rights explains how ownership complaints are handled. Community Guidelines describe conduct and content standards.
If a specific product screen presents additional terms, pricing, split information, seller disclosures or payment-provider terms, those also apply to that transaction or feature.
Requests and account controls
- Account and privacy: signed-in members can manage profile information, notification preferences and account security from My Access / Account settings.
- Content or conduct reports: use the report controls available throughout ACCESS so the report is tied to the correct member, release, review, video or message.
- Purchases: keep the order or transaction reference shown by ACCESS or the payment provider when raising a purchase issue.
- Copyright: follow the Copyright & Content Rights page so ACCESS receives the information needed to identify the work and the material being challenged.
Open ACCESS Support for the main help routes.
Important: These policies are a practical operating baseline for ACCESS and are not a substitute for advice from a lawyer about the specific business entity, jurisdiction, tax obligations or regulatory requirements that apply to the operator.
