Your Information

Privacy Policy

This policy explains the personal information ACCESS handles when people browse, create accounts, publish profiles, communicate, review content, use analytics, buy music or connect payouts.

Effective: September 12, 2026

1. Information ACCESS collects

Account and identity information

Email address, username, display name, account type, authentication identifiers, verification status and account settings.

Profile and creator information

Profile photo, wallpaper, bio, location you choose to publish, social links, artist or producer information, achievements, public activity settings and creator verification evidence.

Content and community activity

Music and release information, artwork, video links, reviews, ratings, favorites, discoveries, comments or messages, reports, moderation records, collaborations, credits and split instructions.

Store and transaction information

Release listings, prices, purchase and entitlement records, order identifiers, delivery records, seller payout status, collaborator information and transaction-related support or dispute records. Full payment card and bank-account credentials are generally handled by Stripe or other payment providers rather than stored directly by ACCESS.

Technical and usage information

Browser and device information, IP-derived security information, timestamps, page or feature usage, referral information, cookie/local-storage identifiers, analytics events, error information and security logs.

2. How ACCESS uses information

  • Create, authenticate and secure accounts.
  • Display profiles, releases, videos, reviews, achievements and other member-selected public information.
  • Operate Network messaging, notifications, discovery, moderation and reporting.
  • Process Store purchases, deliver digital content, manage entitlements, calculate platform fees and facilitate collaborator splits or payouts.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, manipulation and infringement.
  • Measure site performance and improve features.
  • Send transactional, security, purchase and optional activity communications consistent with notification preferences.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce ACCESS policies.

3. Cookies, local storage and analytics

ACCESS uses browser storage and similar technologies for sessions, preferences, consent choices, feature state, security and performance. ACCESS also uses Google Analytics subject to the site’s analytics-consent controls. When analytics consent is not granted, ACCESS is designed not to enable optional analytics storage for that purpose.

You can change browser cookie or storage controls, although blocking required storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working correctly.

4. Payments and Stripe

ACCESS uses Stripe for payment and payout-related features. Stripe may collect payment-method, identity, tax, banking, business and verification information under Stripe’s own agreements and privacy policy. ACCESS may receive transaction status, account identifiers, payout status and other information needed to operate Store and payout features, but ACCESS does not need to store full payment-card numbers to provide normal checkout.

5. When information is shared

ACCESS may share information with service providers that help operate hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, payments, email, security, content delivery and related infrastructure. Information may also be shared when you direct ACCESS to publish it, when needed to complete a transaction or collaboration, to investigate abuse or rights complaints, to protect users, or when required by law.

ACCESS does not sell personal information for money. ACCESS does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising on the ACCESS site.

6. Public information

Public profiles, usernames, display names, bios, creator roles, public releases, public reviews, public ratings, public achievements and public social links may be visible to anyone, including search engines, depending on the page and your settings. Do not publish information you do not want made public.

7. Messages and limited-visibility content

Network messages are not presented as public posts. However, ACCESS may process, preserve or review limited-visibility content when reasonably necessary to deliver the service, investigate reports, prevent fraud or abuse, secure accounts, comply with law, or enforce policies.

8. Data retention

ACCESS keeps information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Account data may be removed after account deletion, subject to reasonable retention for fraud prevention, security, transaction history, tax or accounting records, legal obligations, rights disputes, moderation evidence and backups.

Purchase entitlements and transaction records may need to remain longer than ordinary profile content so buyers can access purchases and financial records can be reconciled.

9. Security

ACCESS uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the platform, including authentication, row-level database controls, payment-provider tokenization, access restrictions and logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Members should use a strong, unique password and protect access to their email account and devices.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

  • Edit profile and appearance information from Account settings.
  • Manage optional email and in-app notification preferences.
  • Control public activity settings where provided.
  • Remove certain profile content or delete your ACCESS account using available account controls.
  • Request review of inaccurate data, access, deletion or other privacy rights when applicable law provides them.

Some information cannot be deleted immediately where ACCESS must retain it for legal, security, payment, fraud-prevention or transaction-record purposes.

11. Children

ACCESS is not intended for children under 13, and under-13 users may not create accounts. If ACCESS learns that personal information was collected from a child under 13 in a manner covered by applicable law, ACCESS will take appropriate steps to remove it or obtain any legally required authorization.

12. U.S. state and other regional rights

Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to ACCESS, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, opt out of certain uses, or appeal a privacy decision. ACCESS will honor applicable rights where legally required and may need to verify the requester’s identity before acting.

13. Changes to this policy

ACCESS may update this Privacy Policy as features, providers and legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

14. Privacy requests

Use Account settings first for profile, notification, security and account-deletion controls. For a privacy issue that cannot be handled in Account settings, use the ACCESS reporting process and clearly identify the request as a privacy request so it can be routed appropriately.
